Dissolution Apparatus

1. Fully complies with the requirements of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia and the United States Pharmacopoeia.

2. Swing amplitude of stirring paddle: ≤0.5 mm.

3. Dissolution rotation speed: 10～300RPM, rotation speed accuracy: ±0.5RPM, rotation speed resolution 0.1 rpm.

4. The dissolution apparatus is equipped with 14 cups and 14 paddles, two of which are independent isothermal rehydration cups. The large cup method and the small cup method compatible design can be quickly switched, and the operator can operate easily.

5. vessel is designed with an embedded retaining collar for better centering and vessel verticality. Indicator strips and diagonal fixtures are designed on the cup rim to achieve higher reproducibility. Available in 1000mL and 250mL specifications, and the dissolution vessel can be either transparent or low actinic brown for light-sensitive substances.

6. There is no seam inside the water tank, rounded corner design, bottom slope drainage, and a standard quick adapter, which is convenient for quick emptying and cleaning.

7. ★ Through the segmented paddle shaft design, 3 16L medical grade stainless steel material, paddle method, basket method can be quickly switched, and no need to re-set height, small cup method, paddle-dish method, rotary drum method can be quickly switched by a simple height setting tool.

8. ★ Equipped with two sets of independent rotating shafts, the speed of the two sets of experiments can be independently controlled, and parallel comparison experiments of double 4 cups, double 5 cups, double 6 cups and double 7 cups can be performed and single 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 12, 14 cups experiment, increase experiment flexibility.

9. dissolution vessel, paddle, basket and other accessories are laser marked to avoid mechanical errors caused by accessories of different cup sizes.

10. ★ The nose runs stably and is always level. The height difference between the left and right is ≤1mm. The left and right symmetrical mute and high-torque double lifting columns are used to ensure the center of gravity of the nose is centered and stable, and it has the function of electronic levelness monitoring, which can be displayed on the running interface in real time and has stalled rotors. Detection function, alarm prompt when the lifting state is abnormal.
