Description：
JY-N series ultrasonic cell pulveriser is a multi-functional, multi-purpose instrument that uses the cavitation effect of ultrasonic waves to process experimental samples. Applicable to different volume samples (according to different volume selection of correspondingmodels and probes according to different volumes) of the processing. With the advantages of continuously adjustable ultrasonic time and power, it can break all kinds of animal and plant tissues, cells, bacteria, and can also be used for emulsification, separation, dispersion, extraction and acceleration of chemical reactions and so on.It is widely used in the fields of life science, material science and environmental protection.
Working Principle：
Based on the cavitation effect of ultrasound in the liquid, the transducer passes electrical energy through the amplitude-variable rod in the liquid at the top of the tool head to generate high-intensity shear force, forming high-frequency alternating water pressure intensity, and using the cavity to expand and explode the
cells to be broken. In addition, the use of ultrasonic propagation in the liquid to produce a violent disturbance effect, so that the particles produce a large acceleration, thus colliding with each other or with the wall to achieve the effect of crushing, emulsification and separation.
